Information that we collect and how we use it
In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information: Personal information that you provide. When you register for our Services, we ask you for limited personal information, including: Name (First, Last, Middle), home address, phone number, email address, state EMS license/certification number, state license expiration date, National Registry number, National Registry expiration date, and National EMS ID number.

We also may receive information about you such as the courses you have completed and such dates of completion, course numbers and the time of completion. This information is collected in order to facilitate the functionality of the Services provided. When you share information with us, we can make the Services even better for you and some of the personal information (such as your name and EMT number) is necessary to provide and track accreditation, but shall not in any circumstance be provided by CAPCE to any third-parties or business partners that are not specifically affiliated with CAPCE for the purpose of delivering the functionality of our Services.

We may receive information about you from another provider such as an accredited education/course provider.

Cookies - When you visit our website(s), we may send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.
